外贸客户跟进技巧

要点:

1. 回复询盘后,第一二天邮件+电话联系;

2. 跟进时间间隔:1,2天-3天-5天-10天-15,  30天定期跟进;

3.建立客户数据表,以便定期长期潜在客户;

第一封回盘发出,一两天后,客户没有回复,建议用下面模板跟进:

Dear ***,

For several days no news from you, my friend. I am writing for reminding our offer for items of ***dated on***according to your relative inquiry, Any comments by return will be much appreciated. It will be our big pleasure if we have opportunities to be on service of you in near future. Looking forward to your prompt response.

附上之前的邮件

十天左右过去,客户还是没有回复,用以下模板再跟进:

Dear ***,

How are you? Hope everything is ok with you all long. I am writing for keeping in touch with you for further business. If any new inquiry, welcome here and I will try my best to satisfy you well with comptitive price. By the way, how about your order with items of ***? If still pending, we would like to offer our latest price to promote an opportunity to cooperate with each other. If there is anything we can help to you, we shall be much than pleased to do so. Looking forward to your prompt response.

(最好把第一次发给客户的邮件内容和客户最初的询盘附在邮件下方以提醒买家。简便方法:可直接转发第一封回复邮件。收件人写明买家的Email.)

如果半个月,三封邮件出去,客户仍然没有回复,可以考虑把宝贵的时间用在跟进新意向客户身上;将这家客户作为储蓄客户,定期推荐新样、展会邀约

电话准备工作

1 安静的环境

2 搜索了解客户背景(国家,网站及其产   品,当地时间,母语)

3 写提纲(内容和思路写下来,自己演练一 番)

4 背熟电话中要涉及到的专业词汇及技术参 数

一. 客户抱怨价格

应对方法:

1. China Suppliers always have lower  price, but what’s  your top concern is quality, agree?

2. 征对客户订单产品,详细告知该产品我方的突出点。 (Unique selling Point )

二. 物流与交货期

应对方法:

1. 从客户角度出发,推荐最优方式

2.  交货期尽量不要说的太满

paypal  WU付款  1-2 working days

TT 1-2 days after payment

如果确定有库存,一定要告诉客户:In stock! We can send out soon after payment is done!

三.  客户接电话不方便

Example:

It’s not right time, we discuss it later!

That’s OK,I call you 10 am tomorrow, OK?

四.  一定要询问客户其他联系方式

Skype, MSN, Facebook, Whatsapp

五. 听不懂对方讲话怎么办?

1.请这对方慢点说

2. 与客户确认重要内容, 数据

1) Pardon? Excuse me?

2) I beg you pardon?

3) Could you repeat that, please?

4) Would you speak more slowly? 你能再说慢一点吗?

5)Could you speak up a little? 你能再大声一点吗?

6)Would you speak more clearly? 你能再说清楚一点吗?

7)Would you explain more for me? 可以为我解释一遍吗?

8)Please speak a little louder. 请讲大声一点。

9)Would you slow down, please?清说慢一点好吗?

10)Sorry, I didn’t catch you.对不起,我听不懂你说的。

11)Sorry, I didn’t understand. 抱歉,我听不懂。

12)Sorry, I didn’t get what you said. 对不起,我没听懂你说的话。

13)I can’t hear you very well. 我听不太清楚。

14)I can barely hear you. 我几乎听不到你说的。

15)I’m having trouble hearing you. 我听不清楚。

16)We have a bad connection. 通讯效果不太好。

17)I can’t catch what you are saying. 我听不太清楚你说的话。

注意事项

1. 强大的自信心,打电话或接电话时首先要调节自己的心态,不能太紧张

2.控制电话时间,简化对话内容、保证谈话效果,注意语音语调

3.找到决策人,随机应变

4. 谈谈我们的USP

5.自己做好电话记录,并定期跟进
